Questions people often ask

Is Clinical Pilates different from normal Pilates?

Yes. Clinical Pilates is adapted around symptoms, injury history and movement goals rather than delivered as one fixed class for everyone.

Do I need to be flexible to start?

No. You start from where you are. The aim is to build strength, control and confidence.
